For remote support, you will need to provide us with temporary or permanent access to your computer, see options below


OPTION 1 - TEMPORARY

Requires user to be present at workstation to enter login information and reconnecting to workstations after system reboots.

After session ends remote access by technician is terminated.

Best for one time support instance.


OPTION 2 - UNATTENDED - RECOMMENDED

Does NOT require user be present, session will automatically reconnect after  reboots.

After session ends, technician can remotely initiate support at any time.

Best for ongoing support of servers, after hours support, standby emergency support of servers and workstations.

  2. Enter your Name
  3. Enter support key provided by our support professional. If you have not done so yet, please contact us for a support key.
