Microsoft just announced that there is a security flaw in the Internet Explorer browser. This flaw presents an immediate risk that is actively being exploited on targeted attacks. So it is an urgent risk that needs to be addressed immediately. To address this issue Microsoft Windows users must run the latest Windows security updates.

As per Microsoft “When exploited, this vulnerability allows an attacker to take control of an affected system. An attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights.”

The way this exploit is likely to be distributed is via phishing email with a link to a specially crafted website that is designed to exploit the vulnerability through Internet Explorer.
