SQL SERVER INTEGRATION, ADMINISTRATION, AND SUPPORT
Unlike MS Access, which is a full database and development environment in one, Microsoft SQL is a high performance back-end database system, and an excellent one at that. Microsoft SQL is the go to database system for ERP, CRM, and many other enterprise systems.
Accordingly, our work with Microsoft SQL Server and our enterprise clients, starts with consulting during their evaluation phase to bring in an ERP, CRM, Order, Logistics, or other Enterprise Systems. We have technical talks with their Enterprise System vendors to properly size the SQL server hardware, properly configure the Windows Server, Licensing, SQL Server Instance details, Security, File Systems, backups, and a multitude of other details.
We then perform all the technical work to install, setup, and configure the environment, and get it ready for the corresponding software vendor to install their Enterprise System.
Once the software is installed, we then take on the role of Database Administrators and monitor, tune, backup, and provide any required support to troubleshoot SQL issues.
